This program is open to students who meet the following criteria:

Identify as part of a historically excluded group, including students of color and those from lower-income households. (Students of all ethnicities are welcome to apply, provided they meet the eligibility requirements. )
Reside in and attend school in New York City.
Will be a rising junior or senior.
All students, regardless of their or their family's immigration status, will be considered.

Gain world-class training from college faculty and theatre professionals
Be part of a supportive community that fosters artistic growth and leadership
Continue to benefit from mentorship, resources, and career opportunities as part of the Ivy Initiative network
